What Happens Next:

Your complaint will be acknowledged within 10 business days. A review will follow, and you will receive a written response within 30 business days outlining our findings and any proposed resolution.

No Retaliation:

You will not face any retaliation for filing a complaint or participating in the investigation process.

Alternative formats of this grievance procedure are available upon request to accommodate individuals with visual or hearing impairments.

Eco Ed Impact Corp will provide language access services, including translation or interpretation, as needed to ensure meaningful access for persons with limited English proficiency.
